For over 40 years Bill Cunningham did a weekly photo piece in the Style section of the New York Times. He traveled throughout the city on his bicycle watching for fashion trends. He had a great eye, a modest personality and a blue French workman’s jacket. He died a year ago. The Style section will never be the same for me.
