Pamela (Sam) Adams has
been a practicing artist for the past thirty-five years. She is a
juried member of the League of New Hampshire Craftsman. A graduate
of Vesper George School of Art in Boston, Sam has worked extensively
in stained glass for over a decade, exhibiting nationally and internationally
and receiving commissions throughout the East coast. Regionally, her
work can be seen at the Village Artists and Gallery in Ashland, New
Hampshire, which she helped to found.
Neva Austrew holds a BFA in illustration from Syracuse University and is the owner of New Expressions of Visual Art, a freelance illustration and design business. She is an avid artist, illustrator, and caroonist. She recently illustrated the children's book Daddy's Girl, published by Bookworm Books.
Megan
Bogonvich is a sculptor and ceramist. She has
taught at the University of Montana and the Clay Studio in Missoula,
MT. She is currently adjunct faculty at Plymouth State University.
She was the former Director of the UC Gallery at the University
of Montana and a recent Artist in Residence at Archie Bray Foundation
for the Ceramic Arts. She earned her BFA from Maryland Institute
College of Art, and her MFA from the University of Montana.
Joseph
Blajda is a graduate of Plymouth State University
and has formerly taught art at the New Hampshire Institute of Art
and the New Hampshire Youth Development Center. He concentrates
mostly on oil painting, but has experience in drawing, pottery,
clay, animation, graphic art, and screen-printing. He has shown
his work regionally. His artwork is currently on display at the
Artstream Studio in Rochester, NH.
Sylvia
Brofos is a graduate of the Chelsea School of
Commercial Art in London England. She has taught art at The Kimball-Jenkins
Art School as well as at the NH Institute of Art, Chester College,
and the Currier Art Center. She is a member of the NH Art Association,
and the NH Art Educators Association. She has exhibited extensively
throughout NH and the New England region.
Dan
Dustin is a 30-year veteran of the League of New Hampshire Craftsman, and has exhibited at the Cooper-Hewitt Museum and the Elements of Art Gallery, NYC. He has been featured in numerous publications, including the Fine Woodworking Magazine. His spoons are displayed in the permanent collection of the Currier Museum of Art, Manchester, NH. Dan graduated from Bates College, and studied woodcarving with George Osborne and folk art with Norris Patch. His roots in the NH family farm are reflected in both his work and his teaching.
Daniele Caradonna is an 8th Grade art teacher at Mc Laughlin Middle School, and Cartooning/ Animation Instructor at the Currier Art Center, both in Manchester, NH. She has a Bachelor of Science in Art Education from Plymouth State College with a minor in Art History, and a concentration in Children's Literature. She has also studied illustration at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY; and film and animation at Emerson College in Boston, MA. She is also an experienced caricature artist.
Rocco Caradonna is an Art/ Technology Teacher at Goffstown High School where he teaches traditional and digital photography and sculptural welding. He is also a Photography Instructor at the Currier Art Center in Manchester, NH. Rocco holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Art Education and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design. He is a practicing photographer and creates both personal and commissioned metal sculpture pieces.
Susan Haas
received her BFA with an emphasis in printmaking, from
Southwest Missouri State University. While pursuing her MFA in Drawing
at the University of Arkansas, she received the Fulbright Oxford
Scholar Award, and was co-awarded a Faculty Research Incentives
Grant for her innovations in alternative photographic processes.
She has actively exhibited nationally and in New England in both
solo and group invitational shows, and recently in Belfast, Northern
Ireland.
Kerry Harman has a BA in Studio Art from UNH. Though she works primarily in clay, she has taught extensively in both two and three-dimensional medias. In addition to teaching at the Kimball-Jenkins School of Art, Kerry is also an art faculty member at the Currier Art Center. Ryan Linehan studied art at the university of Alaska and New England College, where he received a BA with an emphasis in Photography and Sculpture. He has taught photography, sculpture and painting to teens and adults. Ryan Works as both a commercial and fine art photographer and currently teaches photography for NHTI and for the Kimball Jenkins School of Art.
Mary Mead is a professional artist whose mediums include sculpture, painting and print making. She has a BS in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and an MFA from Tufts University/Boston Museum School.
Eric
Palson received his education as an architect
at MIT and UC Berkeley. Since 1980 he has taught drawing and design
at Berkeley, the University of Wisconsin, and the Boston Architectural
Center. He owns an architectural practice in New London. Currently
he serves on the board of trustees at Kimball-Jenkins, and as president
of the NH chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
Kim
Roth brings his extensive knowledge of art history,
styles and techniques to teach classes in pencil drawing, acrylic,
and oil painting. He
is a native Australian and received his education from the National
Art chool, and Julian Ashton Art School in Sydney. He has exhibited
his work locally and nationally.
