 Tuition and fees must be paid in full at the time of registration by cash, check, or credit card (VISA or Master Card only). Tuition can not be prorated. It is the responsibility of the student to attend all of the classes. Scholarships may be available for students in need of financial assistance.

 Withdrawal from Courses or Workshops:

Refunds will be given to students who withdraw at least three weeks prior to the beginning of the first class, less a $25 processing fee. After that time, no refunds are available and students will be given a Kimball Jenkins School of Art credit.

Cancellation of Courses or Workshops:

Enrollment determines whether or not a class will run, it may be necessary to cancel a class if it does not meet minimum enrollment. In this event, all registered students will be informed within one week prior to the first class and given the opportunity to register for another class. If participants do not wish to transfer, a full refund of tuition and fees will be given. Classes cancelled due to weather, instructor illness, or conditions beyond our control will be rescheduled. Classes missed for personal reasons will not be made up except with permission from the instructor. Refunds will not be given for missed classes.
