Tai Chi is an art form that through fluid circular movement promotes flexibility, tones muscles, builds focus and assists in reducing stress. It is used to promote calm and a sense of well being. It benefits the entire body, strengthens muscles and enhances flexibility and balance. Standing and moving forms are covered in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Meditation and Movement Meditation is an exercise that can reduce stress and promote a calm mind. the class will focus on and practice different patterns that will build breath awareness. Movement routines are designed to help balance energies and assist in providing a relaxed and peaceful state of mind and an enhanced sense of well being.
