Tai Chi is an art form that through fluid circular movement promotes flexibility, tones muscles, builds focus and assists in reducing stress. It is used to promote calm and a sense of well being. It benefits the entire body, strengthens muscles and enhances flexibility and balance. Standing and moving forms are covered in a relaxed and supportive environment.
