Make Valentine's Day Chocolate Truffles with Bob Dorr

Make some sweets for the sweetheart (or best friend) in your life! Nobody should think making truffles is hard. It really isn't. To set the expectations, KJ faculty Bob Dorr is not a master chocolatier, just a very enthusiastic chocolate enjoyer. In this 2-hour workshop, students will be making the base truffles during the first hour and then decorating or topping them during the second hour. Any leftover time will be spent playing with chocolate. 

Supplies: Bring an apron, a container to take at least a dozen 1-2 inch truffles home, and an optional cup of coffee so that sampling is enjoyable (it's also nice to take the not-so-good-looking ones and add them to the coffee). All other materials are provided by the instructor.

ALLERGY NOTE: There will be tree-nuts in the classroom, but you don't need to use them. There will be *NO* peanuts. (please don't bring peanuts or peanut butter)
