Cancellations

As a courtesy to our instructing artists and required class preparation, we have developed the following refund policies. 

Student Withdrawal

A full refund, less a $40 cancellation fee, will be given to students who withdraw from a class at least 10 days before it begins. No portion of the tuition paid will be refunded within 10 days of a class or workshop start date.

Notification of withdrawal must be made via email, info@kimballjenkins.com, or phone, 603-225-3932. Verbal notification to the class instructor or failure to attend classes does not constitute official notice of withdrawal. If a cancellation is necessary due to medical concerns, a doctor's note must be provided. There are no makeup days, refunds, or credits issued for missed classes due to illness or personal reasons.

Refunds are issued via check by mail only. No refunds will be issued via credit card or personal accounts.

Cancellation of Classes

If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, students will be notified prior to the start date and will receive a full refund. Student will be provided two options, either electronically minus a 6% processing fee, or a check in the mail for the full amount within 14 days.

Weather Cancellations

In case of inclement weather, KJ wants to ensure the safety for all faculty, staff, and students. Please refer to the KJ website and social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) for up-to-date information if weather is questionable.

If classes are canceled due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances,  KJ will do its best to reschedule canceled class(es) on the next available date - in most cases, the class will be extended by one week. If for some reason a class cannot be rescheduled, participants will receive a refund for the canceled class(es) or a credit that can be used towards another KJ class within one year of the date of issue.
