Cyanotype, the same process used in old Blueprint making, is an increasingly popular and exciting way of creating images. Join new KJ faculty Andrew Heath in an Artist Talk as he discusses the process, flexibility, and magic of Cyanotype printmaking and demystifies the printmaking process to make it more accessible for everyone.

The Printmaking Studio, Kimball Jenkins
Join new KJ faculty Andrew Heath in this free two-hour workshop to play and explore the cyanotype process at the Kimball Jenkins Printmaking Studio. Students will get hands-on experience working with Cyanotype and begin to see how they could use it on their own. While this event is designed for beginners, all skill levels are welcome!

Join us for a special Curator Talk with one of the visionary minds behind ON/OFF THE WALL, the groundbreaking printmaking exhibition currently on view at Kimball Jenkins. In this engaging conversation, co-curator Fallon Rae of PILLAR Gallery + Projects will offer insight into the curatorial process - sharing how the exhibition was conceptualized, how the artists and works were selected, and what it means to bring together contemporary printmakers from all across New England for this remarkable and thought-provoking creative experience.
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Make a Mini Print with Mary Mead
The Printmaking Studio, Kimball Jenkins
Join KJ Printmaking faculty Mary Mead in making a mini-print on a 3D-printed press. Choose from a variety of linoleum blocks or carve your own. This workshop is free to attend and all materials will be provided!
