Beth is an employment lawyer at the law firm of ClarkDeragon, PLLC, in Concord, New Hampshire.  Her legal practice focuses on counseling and training businesses on sound employment practices and defending businesses in employment litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.  Beth earned her J.D. degree from the UNH School of Law and is licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She earned her M.A. degree in Russian Language and Literature (Hons) from the University of Birmingham, UK, and her B.A. degree in Russian Language and Literature from the University of New Hampshire. Beth authors the NH chapter of: Employment at Will: A State-by-State Survey (First & Second Editions), ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law, Bloomberg BNA, 2017-20.
