In his role as a senior infrastructure engineer at the Turner Group, Phil specializes in the design and rehabilitation of bridges, dams, retaining walls, and other structures, with expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis. Phil particularly enjoys the problem-solving aspect of his work and the opportunity to collaborate with project teams to create innovative solutions. He earned an AS in Architectural Engineering Technology from NHTI and BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering from UNH. He serves on the Bow Business Development Commission. Phil enjoys exploring northern New England and Quebec with his family and is passionate about helping local communities improve their quality of life.
