Sienna Larson
Sienna Larson has been playing with needle and thread since childhood, working with knitting, sewing, and needlepoint. Her current practice focuses on hand embroidery and slow stitching, informed by traditional and global embroidery traditions, as well as years of personal exploration, research, and application. A formative early encounter with the Bayeux Tapestry sparked her lasting interest in embroidery’s color, movement, and storytelling.
Sienna’s classes emphasize strong foundational skills and flexible approaches. A hands-on and supportive teacher, she enjoys working closely with students and encouraging curiosity and growth beyond the classroom.
Sienna is also an NH Master Gardener and photography enthusiast who documents and celebrates New Hampshire’s landscape and the surprising moments of light and beauty she encounters.
