Nannu Nobis, Chair; Founder, Nobis Engineering
Nannu is the founder and former Principal of Nobis Engineering, Inc., an employee-owned company with a 36-year legacy of client solutions, employee engagement and community involvement. He holds an MS in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, a BE in Civil Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India, and multiple Executive Management certifications from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, NH. Nannu has lived in southern New Hampshire for over 40 years and is active in local community organizations, serving as a Past Chair of the Board for Granite United Way, a past chair of the Board of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, a past chair of American Council of Engineering Companies of New Hampshire, a former board member of NH Public Radio and past chair of several other local community organizations.
Mark Fagan, Treasurer; retired Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
Mark's corporate career with several prestigious consulting and infrastructure companies focused on assisting organizations in resolving complex challenges involving financial, regulatory, human resources, technology, and operational matters. After "retiring,” he has worked and volunteered for local nonprofits including a role as the Chief Operating Officer for a social services agency striving to solve homelessness. Consistent with Kimball Jenkins’ mission, Mark enjoys the arts (but has no artistic skills!) and historic preservation. He is the proud father of a university art professor and has helped preserve and restore two homes listed on the national registry. Mark graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Fordham University and is a retired Certified Public Accountant.
Beth A. Deragon, Esquire, ClarkDeragon Law, PLLC
Beth is an employment lawyer at the law firm of ClarkDeragon Law, PLLC, in Concord, New Hampshire. Her legal practice focuses on counseling and training businesses on sound employment practices and defending businesses in employment litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Beth earned her J.D. degree from the UNH School of Law and is licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She earned her M.A. degree in Russian Language and Literature (Hons) from the University of Birmingham, UK, and her B.A. degree in Russian Language and Literature from the University of New Hampshire. Beth authors the NH chapter of: Employment at Will: A State-by-State Survey (First & Second Editions), ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law, Bloomberg BNA, 2017-20. She was awarded Best Lawyers® 2016-2025: Employment Law - Management; Super Lawyers®: Employment & Labor Law – Employer 2018-2024; and Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™, AV Preeminent Rating 2018-2025.
Karen M. Lascelle, CPA, CVA, CFE, John burk & associates CPAs, PC.
Karen Lascelle, CPA, CVA, CFE, is a Managing Director at John Burk & Associates CPAs, PC, with over 25 years of expertise in business valuation, financial forensics, litigation support, corporate and individual taxation, and mergers and acquisitions. A 2006 MBA graduate from Southern New Hampshire University, Karen is dedicated to upholding ethical standards as two-term member of the Ethics Oversight Board for NACVA. She was named to the Inaugural 2024 Forbes Top 200 CPAs in America list and the first-ever America’s Best-in-State CPAs list from Forbes in 2025. With a history of service, including past presidencies at the New Hampshire Society of CPAs and the Rotary Club of Nashua West, she also contributed her insights to the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Commission (AIMLC) for NACVA. Giving back to the community is very important to her. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her wife, Vikki, and five children, Meghan, Emily, Daniel, Katharine and Connor.
Joe Spain, JH Spain Commercial Services, LLC
Joe is a highly engaged executive and company leader. The family and community values that Joe Spain grew up with are carried into his professional life and demonstrated by the spirit of giving back that runs through the company culture. Joe places a high personal priority on community service so that his company’s success will always lead to improved lives and assistance to those who need it. While the business landscape of New Hampshire has changed immeasurably, for Joe, good humor and family values remain a constant. Joe has served on numerous community Boards and service committees.
Jim Doremus, RETIRED CEO, Concord (NH) Family YMCA
James S. (Jim) Doremus is long-time nonprofit and social services leader, and, most recently, the retired CEO of the Concord (NH) Family YMCA. In retirement, he served as the Interim Executive Director and CEO for YMCA Camp Takodah for 16 months. Jim is a graduate of New England College with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Organizational Development. In addition to serving on the Kimball Jenkins Board, Jim volunteers in several Concord area organizations including Riverbend Community Mental Health Center, where he served as the Board Chair, the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, where he serves as the Chair of the State Government Affairs Committee, the Black Ice Pond Hockey Tournament, as the Vice President of the Board, and he was a 20+ year Rotarian.
