Transform your story into a children’s book with picture book author/illustrator, Larry Daley. Learn the fundamentals of developing your own picture book and bring your original story to life! Join author/illustrator Larry Daley as he guides participants through the stages of shaping creative ideas into picture book format. Discover the steps of crafting a story, drawing sketches, storyboarding, self-editing, and pitching your idea to publishers, agents, art directors and the like. Even if you are NOT an artist, this class will show you the proper way to prepare picture books for a publisher. This six week program is designed to teach students how the business works while helping them professionally present their concepts.
