This class is thoughtfully designed for intermediate to advanced adult watercolor students

In this 5-week intermediate/advanced class, we’ll use a limited palette and dozens and dozens of small washes to create stunning, vibrant watercolor portraits that sparkle with personality. Building up many, many thin layers of color gives the artist total control over the colors and values that are so critical to capturing a realistic likeness. Finding the personality of your subject will bring your painting to life.

This class will be a combination of short lessons, teachable moments, and awful dad jokes along with plenty of time to work on your portrait project.
