Easy Portrait Sketching for Beginners with Marie Gervacio - Spring 2

This class is thoughtfully designed for beginner students ages 18 and up
This fun, approachable, and relaxed 5-week continuing portrait sketching course introduces adults with no prior drawing experience to learn simple, easy-to-follow techniques. The goal is to help students to observe clearly and draw faces confidently, starting with the big shapes and progressing gently into expressive details.
The course is designed to remove pressure, encourage exploration, and instill foundational drawing skills in a supportive environment. Students will leave feeling comfortable sketching portraits and motivated to continue drawing for pleasure.
Supplies:
- Sketchbook or drawing paper (9x12)
- Pencils (minimum of 3: HB, 2B, 4B)
- Kneaded and/or white eraser
- Pen
Adults: $165.00
Kimball Jenkins' 5-week classes are designed to be continuous.
