Let your child spend a few creative hours making their very own personalized junk journal! A junk journal is a handmade book created from a mix of new, used, and recycled materials like old papers, envelopes, fabric scraps, magazine clippings, and other found items. It’s a creative, artistic journal used for writing, drawing, memory keeping, or just having fun with art - and each one is totally unique!

This hands-on workshop invites kids to tap into their imaginations and explore their artistic side. As they decorate their journals, they’ll create a whimsical and deeply personal book - perfect for capturing special memories or dreaming up new ideas.

With the exception of a few items, each kit will include recycled and salvaged materials. Participants can choose from a selection of books, papers, colored pencils, and a wide variety of fun embellishments. They’ll also be introduced to the basics of rubber stamping during the session.

Parents do not need to be present during the workshop.

Supplies will be provided by instructor.
