Neurographics is a meditative art technique that helps calm the nervous system, unlock inner insight, and transform internal stressors into new patterns of thought. In this 5-week journey, students will be guided through core neurographic processes, gradually learning to use line, shape, and intuition to gain clarity, balance, and empowerment.
No artistic skill is required—just a willingness to explore and let the pen guide potential transformation.
By the end of the course, students will:
Understand the basic principles and philosophy of neurographics
Learn and practice key techniques such as neuro lines, rounding, and field integration
Use neurographics for emotional processing, problem-solving, and personal growth
Create several complete neurographic compositions with intention and insight
Develop a personal drawing practice for ongoing self-discovery and regulation
Supplies:
Colored pencils or markers
Smooth drawing paper (cardstock is nice)
Journal for reflections (optional)
