Students should have experience with drawing and an understanding of the basic principles from their own practices or from prior instruction. The class will introduce materials, paper and brush choices, and a variety of wet and dry techniques. This class is for beginners to Watercolor or for those who are returning to the medium. Sylvia Brofos has decades of experience as an educator and artist working at all levels. Whatever your painting goals may be, this is a fun and creative class to introduce you to the joy of painting.

Materials are not included. A very basic kit can be purchased on our Class Supply page for $65. Cash or check is also accepted by the Instructor who will administer purchased kits on the first day of class.
